HOW TO USE

1. Once a day, as the last step of your evening oral care routine, right before going to bed.
2. Shake the bottle well before use.
3. Drop 1 ml of oil into your mouth using the pipette.
4. Spread it evenly, leave it on the oral mucosa for 60 seconds, then rinse gently around your mouth and spit it out. Do not swallow.
5. Afterwards, do not rinse your mouth with water and do not eat or drink.

Always start with a smaller amount – a few drops – to find the amount that feels comfortable for you.

How do I use Melaform?
As the very last step of your evening tooth brushing and oral care, right before going to bed. Use the pipette to drop 1 ml of oil into your mouth, spread it evenly, leave it on the mucosa for 60 seconds, then rinse gently around your mouth and spit it out. Afterwards, do not rinse your mouth with water and do not eat or drink.

Why do I need to spit it out after 60 seconds?
Melaform is an officially registered oral care (cosmetic) product, designed to condition and care for the oral mucosa. In line with cosmetic regulations and for safe use, it must be spat out after use and must not be swallowed.

How long does a 30 ml bottle last?
At 1 ml a day, it is enough for 30 uses – roughly one month. If you start with fewer drops in the first days, it can last up to 5–6 weeks.

Can I use it during the day?
Melaform contains melatonin and is made specifically for the evening routine, so we recommend using it only in the evening, right before bed. We do not recommend daytime use.
